About the Role

We have a fantastic opening for an enthusiastic, energetic, and talented Business Manager to join us in this exciting time. Responsibilities- Proactively market to customers the various finance and insurance options available for vehicle purchases
- Support customer finance enquiries
- Organise all documentation relevant to vehicle finance and insurance
- Prepare and submit finance submissions to lending authorities for approval
- Assist with the settlement of vehicle purchases
- Prepare and report on department budgets
- Undertake customer retention initiatives
- Work with partner finance providers to stay up to date with products and processes
- Support department managers to deliver outstanding sales results and customer service
- Process and oversee payouts for vehicle trade ins
- 3+ years of experience.
- Full work rights in Australia
- Automotive knowledge would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail and following processes.
- Ability to provide great customer service and great phone skills.
- Effective conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive outcomes in a timely manner.
- Ability to work within a team environment with a can-do attitude.

New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant
ABOUT THE ROLE: Traralgon Automotive Group is a dynamic Dealership, located within the friendly Gippsland community – on the high-profile Princes Highway – East of Melbourne. Due to increased activity, this opportunity is for keen and energetic New & Pre Owned Vehicle Sales Consultants to sell our market-leading range of passenger and commercial vehicles for this exciting business. Prior automotive sales experience will be highly regarded, as is a willingness to commit to a career and a positive, can-do attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain and develop existing and new Customers through appropriate product offers and ethical sales techniques to maximise quality of service, business growth, and Customer satisfaction
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Effectively respond to and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate processes
- Use and update Customer and Prospect contact data, and use available tools and systems to facilitate Customer retention and source Referrals
- A sound understanding of Sales processes and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Prior vehicle sales experience would be an advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal and Customer service skills
- Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Immaculate and professional presentation
- Open Victorian manual Driver’s Licence essential
